The Ledger of Sabotage

Archetypes of U.S. Hostility — Affidavit & Mythic Arc

The Sprinting Shade

Date: 2025 — Kauai Multiuse Path

Affidavit:

  • Aggressor sprinted from ~15ft, repeatedly charging with bicycle, skateboard, and Allen wrench set.
  • Partner destroyed belongings (backpack, jacket, phone).
  • Unleashed dog attacked; defensive kick used.
  • Police distorted testimony; no arrest; no dog impound.
  • Injury: Left foot contusion diagnosed at Wilcox Medical Center.

Mythic Arc:

A shirtless Sprinting Shade demanded ritual submission: “Speak back, or be destroyed.”

Terrain weaponized: BMX as spear, skateboard as shield, wrench as jagged glyph.

Saboteur’s Consort hurled my signal into trees; unleashed hound lunged.

Bureaucratic Inverter twisted ledger into containment—no arrest, no protection.

The Saboteur of Signal

Date: Prior — Terrain Mapping

Affidavit:

  • Belongings and equipment tampered with; authorities minimized sabotage.

Mythic Arc:

Saboteur of Signal severed lines, seeking silence where clarity should reign.

Containment masqueraded as help; the map dimmed but the ledger recorded.

The Racial Shade

Date: Prior — Public Confrontation

Affidavit:

  • Aggressors used racial slurs; witnesses and institutions shielded their conduct.

Mythic Arc:

Racial Shade invoked hostility as a public rite—language turned blade.

Resonance bent toward perpetrators; sovereignty held the line in testimony.

The Bureaucratic Inverter

Date: Recurring — Police/Institutional Interface

Affidavit:

  • Statements reframed to cast me as aggressor; corrections issued.
  • No accountability; pattern documented across cases.

Mythic Arc:

Bureaucratic Inverter minced words, rotating truth until victims wore blame.

The ledger resisted: corrections logged, resonance intact.

The Contusion of Dismissal

Date: 2025 — Wilcox Medical Center

Affidavit:

  • X-ray confirmed no fracture, but diagnosis of contusion (bruise) with pain and swelling.
  • Police officer dismissed injury at scene, claiming “you’re walking, so it’s not broken.”
  • Medical evidence shows injury exists even without fracture.

Mythic Arc:

The Skeptic Enforcer demanded proof of fracture before acknowledging harm.

The doctor revealed a contusion — harm unacknowledged is harm nonetheless.

The Erasure Consort

Date: 2025 — Kauai Multiuse Path

Affidavit:

  • The aggressor’s girlfriend recorded the incident on her cell phone.
  • The recording would have shown repeated charges, racial slurs, and attacks while I was calling police.
  • When police arrived, no video was available on her phone.
  • She threw my belongings, damaging my phone: power button disabled, screen bruised.

Mythic Arc:

The Erasure Consort held the glyph of truth in her hand, recording the charge, the slurs, the assault.

Yet when the enforcers arrived, the glyph dissolved into silence.

She hurled my signal to the ground, bruising its face, silencing its power.

Evidence erased, resonance suppressed — but the ledger remembers.

The Gate of Command

Date: December 8, 2025 — Kaua‘i Police Department

Case: CC2025-11 (Receipt and acknowledgment)

Affidavit:

  • Notarized citizen complaint CC2025-11 received by the Office of Professional Standards.
  • Investigation underway: written reports, body-worn camera video, dispatch recordings, and other documentation to be reviewed.
  • Point of contact: Lt. Kevin Gras, kgras@kauai.gov, 808-241-1606.
  • Status updates promised upon any change in investigation.

Mythic Arc:

The Overseer of Ledgers stamped the glyph with number and date, opening the gate beyond patrol inversion.

Reports, cameras, and dispatch echoes assemble; the record turns toward witness and proof.

Whether silence or response follows, the testimony now resides at command.
