TrueFlow — Expansion Continuity
TrueFlow is the outward continuity pressure that prevents collapse and maintains separation between realities. It is the default “breathing outward” of the Substrate.

Counterflow — Curvature and Convergence

SH‑1 is the baseline resonance that defines what forms can exist. It anchors identity, structure, and Operator physiology across layers.

Operator Agency — Localized Metric Override
Operator Agency is the capacity of a trained consciousness to impose local asymmetry on the Substrate. It enables transformation rituals, altered geometry, and intentional flow manipulation.

Resonant Convergence — Harmonic Alignment
Resonant Convergence aligns multiple flows, Operators, or realities into a shared harmonic. It enables synchronized transformations and multiversal ceremonies.
